4. Partnership Requirements

To partner with Burnix Group, you must:

• Provide valid business documentation (EIN, resale certificate)
• Agree to and comply with all Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies
• Maintain good standing and timely payment
• Follow all applicable marketplace and legal requirements
• Represent products accurately and professionally

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be established in your individual partnership agreement. Late payments may result in:

• Service suspension
• Late payment fees
• Termination of partnership

6. MAP Policy Compliance

You agree to strictly adhere to all Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies for products distributed through Burnix Group. Violations may result in:

• Warning notices
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent termination of partnership
• Legal action by brand manufacturers

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Burnix Group or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

8. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that:

• All products will be available at all times
